Snipe, lapwing, shelduck, kestrel and buzzard can be seen, as can deer, badger and foxes.

Breakfast is served in the guest dining room overlooking the solway. Julie uses only the best, local ingredients, and prides herself on providing a vaired choice of continental or traditional Cumbrian farmhouse breakfast, the best start to a busy day.
